Dissemination of the use of multimedia to the faculty staff in the institute can be achieved through arranging workshops (as shown in the activities). It is expected to face some challenges from people prefer the traditional teaching methodologies. Such challenges will be a good encouragement to make the picture clear for those who don't like to move on for theses new teaching ways. Introducing the advantages of the use of the multimedia in teaching from saving time and money to its highly interactive teaching will make such project is quite disseminated in the institute.
Constructing a teaching resources and multimedia center that will be existed and on place even after the HEEPF funding has ended is a highly sustainable project by itself. Such center will be there active and opened in the university supplying all the teaching staff on the university with the teaching materials and multimedia tools. Out standing staff during the two-year project period will be appointed by the university to continue working in the TRMC center and their salary will be paid regularly as other regular employees in the university. The university will cover also any multimedia tools maintenance requirements.
Two workshops per year, after the HEEPF funding has ended, will be held, one of them to keep the interested teaching staff in the Faculty of Science up dated with the latest on the electronic teaching materials and the new multimedia tools and methodology. The other one will be held to keep the TERMC staff skilful with all the operation and maintenance issues related to the multimedia tools and equipments in the center.
So both financial and institutional sustainability are possible by the co-financing coming from Assiut University
