Quality control is one of the most important activities in any proposed project. This is not only because quality control is considered to be the tool to measure/monitor the indictors for completion, success and impact of any of the proposed individual activities, it is even a measure of the impact indictor for the total project in general. Getting feed back from doing quality control activities will boost the project and help the management team/decision makers of the project to improve their achievements.
During the two-year time frame of the project, four quality control activities will be held. One will be scheduled after about halftime period (11 months) of the project to find out the progress on the construction of the teaching resources and multimedia center as well as the extensive training of the TRMC staff. This will provide a great deal of feedback on whether or not the center technicians digest all what they suppose to know/learn or more work with them should be done.
Another quality control activity will be held after 15 months of the project is passed. Questionnaires* and other evaluation forms will be used in this activity to find out about where we are standing and what should be done next. During the last two months of the project, two quality control activities will be held. During these activities, evaluation for the technicians training sessions will be done as well as the overall progress that has been achieved through the whole project time period. Writing/sumission of the final report will be done also once the evaluation is completed.
